Today, the former office is home to Le Charmant’s bar, where every object is a meeting-place for history and modernity. On the walls, black-and-white photos hang haphazardly: these witnesses to a bygone era, their faces frozen in time, now watch over this place. The burnished wooden bar seems ready to receive confidences yet to come, while the shelves are lined with carefully selected elixirs.
The walls panelled in green-painted wood and the bistro-style tables and seating create an atmosphere ideal for exchanging confidences, where each sip is savoured in gentle complicity. In the evening, under subdued lighting, the gentle clink of glasses is a promise of precious time, spent together.
