Cooking According to the Seasons in Saint-Ouen
The Hotel Le Charmant restaurant is divided into two majestic restored period salons. Here, you are invited to savour seasonal, family-style cuisine, served on vintage plates that evoke a return to your gastronomic roots, framed by the period décor.

The flavours of yesteryear
French cuisine
At the Le Charmant restaurant in Saint-Ouen, the cuisine offers an invitation to relive the meals that France’s grandmothers once made, where every action was a tribute to conviviality and feasting. Each dish that the chef and his team prepare tells a story of time spent around the table, replete with delicacies and laughter.
At Le Charmant, French bourgeois recipes are being reinvented. The menu changes with the seasons while the dish of the day is different every lunchtime, delighting both local and business customers. In the evening, guests can satisfy their appetite with a few delicious sharing platters, served in the style of a family meal.

A Modern Tradition
Country Recipes
On the menu, a dish of leeks vinaigrette, elegantly restyled with the addition of a slow-cooked egg, is both light and generous. Each mouthful of the chicken and liver pie, accompanied by a cream and mushroom sauce, makes a comforting gourmet treat.

The dessert menu offers the classics, such as an intense chocolate fondant with Bailey’s Irish Cream and hazelnut and almond flakes, the Saint-Ouen “Honoré” praline or the unmissable apple tart, enhanced with a light cream infused with Calvados and rosemary – a connoisseurs’ favourite!
